Chaparral manufactures fiberglass sport boats, bowriders, and cruisers ranging from 19 to 37 feet. Founded in 1965 in Georgia, current model lines include the SSi sport boats, Surf series for wakesurfing, OSX luxury outboards, and Signature cruisers. Models are available with sterndrive power (MerCruiser, Volvo Penta) or outboard engines (Yamaha, Mercury).

SSi models feature deep-V hulls, extended swim platforms with surf gates, and wide-beam designs for stability. The Surf series includes integrated ballast systems, fold-down swim steps, and tower options for watersports. OSX outboard models provide center console and dual console layouts with fishing amenities and premium seating. Signature cruisers include cabin accommodations with V-berth sleeping, galley equipment, enclosed heads, and cockpit entertainment systems.

Chaparral competes with Sea Ray, Four Winns, Crownline, and Cobalt in the mid-range to premium recreational boat market. Construction includes hand-laid fiberglass, stainless steel through-hull fittings, and Gel-Tech gelcoat. The brand serves families and recreational boaters seeking versatile vessels for cruising, watersports, fishing, and overnight trips.
