We're Here to Help — However You Prefer to Reach Us

At Premier Watersports, we believe great service starts before you ever set foot on a boat. Whether you're browsing inventory from your couch or ready to schedule a test ride, our team is standing by to answer your questions and guide you through the process. Most inquiries receive a response within one business day — and during peak season, we do our best to get back to you even faster.

Not sure which department to contact? Here's a quick guide. Our sales team can help you explore new and pre-owned boats, arrange test rides, and walk you through pricing and trade-in options. The service department handles everything from routine maintenance and winterization to warranty repairs and custom rigging. Looking for parts, accessories, or pro shop gear? Our parts team can check availability, place special orders, and recommend the right products for your boat. And if you have questions about financing, our team will connect you with Priority One Financial Services to get your application started.

You can reach any of our three Tennessee locations by phone, email, or the contact form below. Prefer to stop by in person? We'd love to see you — walk-ins are always welcome at Knoxville, Nashville, and Norris Lake.
