Trust in a boat dealer comes down to three things: honest advice before the sale, fair dealing during it, and real service after it. Here's how to judge a Knoxville-area dealership, and why Knoxville boaters have trusted Premier Watersports since 2004.
How to tell whether a boat dealership is trustworthy
- Who started it, and why. A dealership's roots shape how it treats customers.
- Factory authorization. Authorized dealers sell new boats with full manufacturer support and warranty service.
- A service department you can visit. Ask whether the technicians are factory-certified and whether parts are stocked on site.
- Straight answers on used boats. A good dealer will tell you what a pre-owned boat needs, not just what it's worth.
- How long they've been around. Staying in business year after year is earned through repeat customers.
Premier Watersports: built by a service tech
Scott Mieloch founded Premier Watersports in 2004. Before that, he had built a reputation as one of East Tennessee's most honest, expert boat service technicians. That service-first approach is still how we work: honest assessments, fair pricing, and getting you back on the water as quickly as possible.
